The booklet was designed by Michael Russem at Kat Ran Press. Edition limited to 125 copies signed and numbered of which twelve copies are not for sale, this being Copy Number 114. Signed in the colophon by Robert Strossi, Brier Hill Press, Ashfield and Boston, Massachusetts.
