It’s All About the Adventure

My love for books started when I worked for a local bookseller, but I really fell in love when I attended my first book auction and have been hooked ever since. I started Wiggins Fine Books to learn more and explore the field of antiquarian books and have been attending auctions, estate sales, book fairs, and visiting institutions for over ten years. I love it more each day!

Sales & Acquisitions

I am interested in many forms of printed matter, from historical broadsides to signed first editions. My specialties include collectible first editions, signed books, broadsides, posters and other forms of ephemera of a collectible nature. I am interested in single items and whole collections.

I have developed an interest in fine press books and the works of leading book artists in the Pioneer Valley and especially the work of Leonard Baskin, who owned the Gehenna Press in Northampton whose master printer Harold McGrath produced notable fine press books and broadsides. My other areas of interest include Americana, fine bindings, illustrated books, signed books, and in general material of historical significance.
